The top ten most popular properties on haggling website GraysEscape.com have been announced, with newcomer to the site, Oaks Hotels and Resorts, taking out two of the spots.

All of Oaks Hotels and Resorts’ 35 properties in Australia and New Zealand have been added to the site, as well as 28 Waldorf Apartment hotels in Australia and New Zealand, where GraysEscape.com general manager Gary Berman said consumers can get a discount of 15 percent on average, whilst hotels fill their otherwise empty rooms without compromising brand integrity.

The following were on the top ten list of most popular properties:

Stamford Plaza, Adelaide

Oaks Charlotte Towers, Brisbane

Grand Chancellor, Hobart

Oaks on Collins, Melbourne

Pensione Hotel, Melbourne

Cosmopolitan Hotel in St Kilda, Melbourne

Napolean on Kent, Sydney

Fraser Suites, Sydney

Sydney Boulevard, Sydney

Daydream Island Resort, the Whitsundays
